Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Sale items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@truegritaromas.com with your order number and the reason for your return.  We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

  • Certain situations may warrant a partial or full refund outside of the standard policy:

    • If the wrong item was sent to you

    • If the item arrived damaged (please provide photos)

We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit refunds in cases of obvious product use, excessive returns, or any suspicion of fraud.
